Terms Of Service - User agrees that it shall only use reports from VINMonitor for purposes of preventing, mitigating, and recovering financial losses to user and for purposes of assisting law enforcement. User recognizes that VINMonitor's reports are proprietary and confidential and cannot be published or otherwise disclosed except as expressly agreed in writing by VINMonitor. VINMonitor agrees that it shall only use VINs from user for purposes that further the goal of preventing, mitigating, and recovering financial losses to user and others that deal in or propose to deal in any transaction connected with one or more vehicles held by user and for purposes of assisting law enforcement. As used in these terms of service, the phrase "transaction connected with" a vehicle shall include, by way of example and without limitation, a purchase or sale of the vehicle, a taking of a security interest in the vehicle to secure an obligation, an underwriting of insurance on the vehicle, and any other transaction involving a financial or ownership relationship with the vehicle. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, VINMonitor shall have the right to report to any person engaging or proposing to engage in any transaction connected with one or more vehicles held by user and to law enforcement the fact that information supplied to VINMonitor by user indicates that user has a property interest in the subject vehicle or vehicles. VINMonitor makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to reports from VINMonitor. These terms of service shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Nevada.
